We are looking for a highly motivated Service/UX Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission to reduce the pressure on healthcare.
As a Service / UX designer you design seamless, people-centric experiences across the Syntilio platform. Leveraging research and service design methodologies, you enhance engagement, streamline workflows, and drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction. You play a key role in product discovery, translating insights into actionable improvements, and crafting service design blueprints that map out end-to-end user journeys for optimal care coordination. By facilitating stakeholder workshops, you align on promising solutions while ensuring the best UX.
🗃 What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end service design initiatives, creating seamless experiences for users.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover stakeholder needs and pain points.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align on people-centric solutions fitting operational workflows.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure feasibility of designs.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to bring concepts to life.
- Define and refine design processes, contributing to UX strategy and best practices.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Measure and iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and data.
- Monitoring design KPI’s
🎓 Who You Are
- Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering, Service Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UX/service design roles.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or other design tools.
- Strong knowledge of UX research methods and usability testing.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Experience in context heavy SaaS platforms.
- Experience in healthcare.
- Dutch and English speaker
