What You Will Do

As an Executive Administrator Intern at Syntilio, you will play a critical role in supporting our executive team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This internship will offer you hands-on experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, where your contributions will have a direct impact on the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Assist the executive team with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Communication Management: Handle internal and external communications, draft emails, and prepare documents and presentations.
  • Project Coordination: Support the planning and execution of various projects by tracking deadlines, organizing meetings, and coordinating with different departments.
  • Event Planning: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Research & Reporting: Conduct research on various topics relevant to the business and prepare concise reports for the executive team.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize company records, ensuring that all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Take on various ad hoc tasks and projects as needed, showcasing your versatility and problem-solving skills.
